Legendary Massages Mobile Massage Policies & Procedures
By booking a session with Sasha Mays Legendary Massages, you agree to the following policies.
1. Booking & Payment
- Deposit: A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your booking. You will received a link to make payment. ALL INFORMATION REMAINS PRIVATE AND WILL NOT BE VISABLE TO THERAPIST.
- Prepayment: 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment. Then remaining balance can be via cash or card.
- Booking Details: Please ensure the correct address, contact number, and parking instructions are provided at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Notice Requirement: I require at least 24–48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within [12-8] hours of the appointment time will result in a charge of [20–50%] of the service fee.
- No-Shows: If you are not present for your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
- Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, please notify me immediately. The cancellation fee will be waived at the therapist's discretion.
3. Arrival & Setup
- Set Up Time: The therapist will arrive 15–30 minutes early to set up.
- Space Requirement: The client must provide a clean, safe, and quiet space with at least 8x10 feet of floor space for the table and movement.
- Service Time: The booked session time (60/90/120 mins) is strictly for hands-on therapy, excluding setup/teardown time.
- Late Arrivals: If you are late, your session will be shortened to end at the scheduled time to avoid disrupting1 subsequent appointments.
4. Safety & Conduct
- Zero Tolerance: Sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the full fee will be charged.
- Professional Boundaries: Draping is used at all times, with only the area being worked on exposed.
- Health Screening: An intake form must be filled out prior to the first session. Please do not book if you are ill or contagious.
- Environment: For the safety of the therapist, all pets must be kept in a separate room during the session.
5. Safety Precautions
- Travel Safety: The therapist reserves the right to inform a third party of their location for personal safety.
- Right to Refuse: The therapist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, or end a session if they feel unsafe.
